SLOAN JUST GUARINO and JESSICA BOEVERS BOGART are two moms from Armonk who happen to also have extensive resumes as Broadway actors. Friends since childhood in suburban Chicago, Sloan and Jessica grew up to attend prestigious college theatre programs (Northwestern University and Cincinnati Conservatory of Music,) and to conquer the Broadway stage soon after graduation.

Sloan made her Broadway debut in George C. Wolfe's On the Town, followed by Jesus Christ Superstar and the Full Monty, directed by Jack O'Brien. She transitioned to choreography as Associate Choreographer for Shrek the Musical on Broadway, where, in addition to partnering to create the show's dance sequences, she helped cast and rehearse the production and stage its appearances on television shows and awards programs. Sloan has taught Master Classes all over the United States and currently provides private vocal coaching to young students.

Jessica is a Broadway veteran, teacher, and director.  She has played leading roles in several Broadway shows such as Eponine in Les Miserables,  Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Maureen in Rent, Ado Annie in Oklahoma and Belle in Beauty & the Beast. She has also appeared in In My Life, Boeing Boeing, Brief Encounter and A Little Night Music at New York City Opera. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and her Masters Degree in Educational Theatre from New York University. She went on to teach Drama, Musical Theatre and Dance at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY, where she directed and created both curriculum and developed theatre pieces for her students.  She has taught for Broadway Dreams Foundation and Broadway Workshop, as well as having taught many Master Classes for University Musical Theatre programs across the country.

Sloan and Jess have been patiently biding their time to launch the Broadway in Your Backyard program until their own kids were ready to let them have a small taste of freedom! They are so excited to finally be able to share their passion, VIP access, and unparalleled experience with their new community in Westchester.
